    Our Rhythmic Tap class teaches students how to turn their feet into musical instruments. Focusing on rhythm, timing, and precision, this class blends traditional tap techniques with contemporary music to help students develop their musicality and coordination.

  • Mixed Techniques
    Level  1

    Designed for beginners, this class focuses on foundational modern dance techniques, emphasizing expression, fluidity, and strength. Students will explore dynamic movements, floor work, and the use of space while learning to connect emotion with physicality.

  • Horton Technique

    This modern dance class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination through the signature movements of Lester Horton. Known for its expansive, full-body movements and emphasis on geometric lines, this class introduces students to fortification studies, lateral stretches, and fluid transitions.

  • Mixed Techniques

    This high-energy class combines classic hip hop moves with smooth grooves and freestyle elements. With a focus on personal expression and musicality, students will learn to match rhythm with movement, building confidence, coordination, and style as they explore the foundations of hip hop culture.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Yoga & Emotional Regulation

    This class is designed to help students develop tools for managing stress, emotions, and overall well-being through a combination of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. With a focus on body awareness and emotional resilience, students will learn how to calm their minds, release tension, and connect more deeply with their bodies.
